# Delete your account

We make it quick and easy to delete your Racemob account.

  <Accordion title="Delete your account and all associated data">
    You can delete your account from the Racemob app. Go to `Profile` > `Account settings` > `Delete account` and confirm that wish to delete your account.

    We will automatically delete or render anonymous your personal data within 30 days, unless it needs to be retained for one of the reasons outlined in our [Terms & Conditions](https://racemob.app/terms).

    <Warning>
      **If you have a monthly or annual subscription to Racemob Premium, you will need to cancel this subscription.** Deleting your account does not cancel any auto-renewal you have set up, and you will need to manage this via Apple App Store or Google Play.

  <Accordion title="Delete data but keep your account open">
    If you don't want to close your account but  wish to delete some or all of your personal data, you can [send us an email](mailto:support@racemob.app?subject=Data%sdeletion) with the following information:

    * Your name
    * Your account ID `Profile` > `Account settings` > `Account ID`
    * An overview of the personal data you wish to be deleted

    You will need to send this email from your registered email address. If you no longer have access to this email address, you must include the address in your message.
